Quit Smoking - It's Time to Stop

 

Stopping Smoking is and can be a very big challenge if you really want to quit, and finally kick that habit. You should determine what is causing the craving. Sometimes logging down when you need a cigarette, and the reason for it, can help find the root of the cause.

Stress pays a big part in most smokers lives and many of us feel a cig will distress the body. If this is the case, join a gym, and go after work, as this is the healthiest and best form of stress relief, and is also a lot cheaper than smoking.

One massive advantage or been able to quit smoking, is been able to have a fresh and clean smelling house, as well as fresh breath, clothes, and eventually none stained teeth and fingers. Quitting can also help reduce home insurance quotes. One important advantage is the fact that you are refraining from killing yourself, and lung, throat and mouth cancer may not be an issue.

Smokers should be aware that every cigarette takes an average of 11 minutes off your life, and smokers having excess of 20 a day are 20 times more likely to die from some form of cancer and twice as likely to die of heart disease. Smoking contributes to a whopping fifty diseases in the human body, and twenty of these are in fact fatal. Continuous smokers have a one in two chance of dying from it.

Any form of smoking causes all of the above, regardless of pipe smoking, roll ups or any other form. Smoking causes wrinkles, and your skin looks tired and ages fast. All children are at risk living with a smoker and any illnesses through childhood are caused by parents smoking. Passive smoking is also a killer, and if you do not smoke but are exposed to it daily, you may as well be smoking.

There are numerous poisonous gases used to make a cigarette, other bad effecting chemicals that are used in batteries, fuel, paint stripper, cleaning products and anti-freeze. With all the warning and the amount of bad substances in cigarettes, it is certainly the right choice and move deciding to quit smoking once and for all.
